Part Time Administrator in Burlington

Are you an outgoing professional, with administrative experience? We are currently looking for an administrator for a reputable company in Burlington. This position is part time temporary contact-maternity leave coverage.

Responsibilities

Responding to client inquiries and determine appropriate course of action. This may include proactively investigating, recording and advising on the resolution

Onboard new clients and manage external transfer requests

Process and review daily business transactions

Manage and update client databases

Prepare documents for signatures / e-signatures using DocuSign

Participate in meetings and events

Inputting data into Excel

Additional administrative duties as required

Qualifications

1+ years of administrative experience

Tech savvy and able to learn new software's quickly

Experience with MS Office and CRMs is beneficial

You are personable and enjoy providing a high level of customer service

You are very punctual, reliable, and friendly

Great communication skills
