Job descriptionPerform comprehensive ADHD assessments for adults. Develop and implement individualized care plans, including medication management. Provide follow-up care to monitor progress and adjust treatment as necessary. Collaborate with nurse practitioners, offering guidance to support their clinical development. Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and patient-centered care. Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with CPSO and privacy regulations. Registration, or eligibility for registration, with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO). Experience in diagnosing and managing ADHD in clinical practice. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with an interest in mentoring nurse practitioners. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting. A commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practices. Flexible working hours in a fully remote environment. Competitive compensation tailored to experience.
