Our specialty food products supplier client is looking for a dynamic Service Manager to elevate their customer experience. We're seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused professional to lead service initiatives, drive excellence, and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.As a Service Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service standards, driving sales growth, and fostering strong relationships with our retail partners and in-field sales team. You will oversee service-related initiatives across two major communities, collaborate closely with our in-field sales team, and develop strategies to optimize sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance our overall service offering.
