Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. Job Requirements : Bachelor's degree or High school Diploma equivalent. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
