Ourteams’have the opportunity toshape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorizationrequired.

WHAT YOU’LLDO

• The House Attendant is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team who collectively is responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Supports a team of Room Attendants by ensuring guest room supplies are wellstocked,trash and debris are removed from therooms, andmaintaining general cleanliness of guest floors and rooms.

• Assistwith transporting rollaway beds and other larger items requested by our guests.

• Assistwith responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant and Room Attendant.

• Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest

• Responding promptly to guest requests foradditionalitems such as rollaway beds, cribs, and extra pillows.

• Assistingwith room setups for children’s amenities and VIPguests, andmaintaining cleanliness of lanai furniture and windows.

WHAT TOBRING

• Successful candidate mustpossesslegal work authorization in United States

• Strong Customer Service skills

• High levelof attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• Ability to stand for extended periods,lift upto 50lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

• AvalidUS Driver’s License

• This role includes off-site work and requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
