Summary

GFL is looking for a Full-Time Field Foreman to support our operations in Niagara Falls, ON. They are responsible for reporting to the Marine and Industrial Superintendent, the Field Foreman (referred internally as a Project Manager) will be responsible for leading and managing all assigned projects in the field, including the assigned labourer staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent the Company in a professional and respectful manner while dealing with customers, sub-contractors, internal managers and assigned staff, regulatory bodies and the public.
• Provide job specific operational and procedural training to labour staff.
• Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental compliance is maintained on work sites at all times.
• Accurately complete and submit all required paper work in a timely manner.
• Participate in the Company on-call system as scheduled or required.
• Note : Travel is required and may require overnight travel up to two (2) weeks in a hotel or sailing on a ship at any one time.
