Job Description : We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Building Cleaners. As a Cleaner at IFC, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our clients' facilities. Your responsibilities will include :

Sweeping

Mopping

Autoscrubbing

Buffing

Working Independently : Achieve cleaning goals and maintain the retail space independently, showcasing your dedication and self-motivation.

Team Collaboration : Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive cleaning and maintenance objectives are met, fostering a cooperative work environment through online media platforms.

Floor Cleaning and Maintenance : Perform floor cleaning and maintenance tasks with precision and attention to detail, contributing to the overall cleanliness and aesthetics.

Facility Cleaning Services : Execute facility cleaning services with a keen eye for detail, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

Health and Safety Adherence : Adhere to health and safety protocols diligently, promoting a safe working environment for yourself, clients & customers.

Exceptional Service : Provide exceptional service to our clients, upholding our reputation for excellence in the industry.

Training and Support : Previous experience in commercial cleaning is an asset but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training and ongoing comprehensive mentorship and support.

Subcontractor Opportunities : We also have subcontractor opportunities available for those interested in expanding their business with us.

Inspections and KPIs : Meet weekly and monthly inspections and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning is an asset but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
