You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager to build relationships with existing clients, uncover new opportunities, and help drive business growth through proactive outreach, excellent customer service, and genuine curiosity about your clients’ needs.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional account management support.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Learn to understand customer needs and tailor product or service solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
• Track and report on sales activity, pipeline development, and key client interactions using CRM tools.
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner during occasional client visits and industry events (once or twice per month).
