Job descriptionAttention to Detail : Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all designs and drawings. Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, keeping work well-organized and efficient. Creativity & Teamwork : Capable of creative thinking and collaborating effectively within a team environment. Technical Skills : Proficiency in computer operations, with knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and SolidWorks. Drafting diploma or equivalent experience with SolidWorks. Willing to train the right applicant.
Overview
We’re seeking a skilled SolidWorks Draftsperson to join our team and contribute to the design and production of high-quality trailers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and schematics that support production.
Responsibilities
- Design & Drafting : Create and prepare production drawings and cultists for trailers using SolidWorks and Excel.
- Model Maintenance : Maintain existing models, updating designs as necessary to improve product quality and meet evolving requirements.
- Peer Review : Conduct peer reviews of new models and drawings, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Innovation & Collaboration : Work closely with the production team to design and innovate new products that align with our high standards.
Other duties as required. We’re a small team that jumps in to help out where needed.
