Rôles et responsabilités

Sous la supervision de la Directrice d’approvisionnement du projet de Construction Nouveau Pont Île-aux-Tourtes S.E.N.C., le titulaire du poste contribue au bon déroulement des activités de la réception de facturation en assurant l’entrée de donnés, la vérification d’information et le support administratif

Tâches et responsabilités principales :

Participer à l’entre des données dans le système informatique à partir des bons / Factures / Billets.

Demande d’approbation / Validation des billets

Vérifier l’exactitude des données.

Participer à la vérification de merchandise reçu au besoin.

Effectuer toutes autres tâches requises par le poste.

Formation et expérience requise

Étudiant(e) Diplôme technique ou professionnel (ou équivalent) en comptabilité, bureautique ou toute autre domaine pertinent lié au poste.

Critères généraux

Doit avoir de bonnes connaissances informatiques - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel

Rigueur et souci du travail bien fait

Doit être capable de communiquer avec tous les niveaux de direction et les collègues

Aptitude à gérer son temps pour réaliser plusieurs tâches en même temps

Doit être débrouillard, énergique et autonome

Sens de l’organisation et de gestion des priorités
