Job description

Relevant du superviseur de maintenance, tu seras responsable de voir au bon fonctionnement des équipements fixes de l’usine de Val-des-Sources.

Responsabilités
Calibrer les équipements et la machinerie selon les spécifications de la production;
Effectuer les connexions électriques nécessaires et réparer les troubles de nature électrique ;
Effectuer le « trouble shooting » des bris, déterminer les réparations, faire les recommandations à son supérieur immédiat et effectuer les réparations;
Effectuer l’entretien, la réparation, la modification et l’installation des équipements du centre de transformation alimentaire;
Participer à la recherche et au développement des équipements utilisés en production dans le but de solutionner les causes de pannes, et ce, en collaboration avec les équipes de maintenance et de la production;
Collaborer à l’implantation d’un programme de maintenance préventive et en assurer la mise en application et le suivi.
Profil recherché
Diplôme d’études professionnel (DEP) en électromécanique et une expérience d’au moins 2 ans en électromécanique ou un DEC en électromécanique de système automatisé

Ou un diplôme d’études professionnel (DEP) en mécanique industriel ou un DEP en électricité peuvent être considérés avec une combinaison d’expérience pertinente.

Compétence en électromécanique industrielle générale;

Compétence en soudure (TIG);

Dextérité manuelle, minutie, rigueur, précision;

Sens critique, capacité d’analyses et résolution de problèmes (identification des causes racines d’un problème);

Volonté de travailler en équipe;

Comportement responsable face à la sécurité au travail;

Habileté de communication;

Gestion des priorités et du stress.
