Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Appointment Setter at GEMSYS. The role involves setting appointments, scheduling appointments, lead generation, communication, and providing excellent customer service. The position is located in Oakville, ON, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling skills
- Lead Generation and Communication skills
- Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
- College diploma or equivalent
