Role Description

This is a 6-month contract role for a Microsoft D365 Contact Center Consultant. The Consultant will be responsible for IVR implementation, communication strategies, customer service optimization, workforce management, and consulting services within the contact center environment.

Qualifications

Consulting experience in contact center environments
Experience with provisioning different communication channels in D365 Contact Center
Certifications in relevant CRM technologies
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
