Job description

Randstad Canada is currently hiring a Document Prep Specialist for one of our renowned clients in the document storage field.

It is located in Coquitlam.

We are hiring for the following shift :

7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM, Mondays - Fridays

This position pays $18.73 an hour

A reliability clearance will be required.

Responsibilities

  • Moving heavy boxes of documents by hand
  • Repacking items into new boxes
  • Order picking with an RF scanner
  • Moving pallets with a pump cart as required

    • Qualifications

  • Capable of lifting 30 - 50 lbs
  • Able to move boxes weighing 30lbs - 50lbs throughout the warehouse
  • Able to work in a walking and standing position for the majority of the role
  • This position requires a reliability clearance. This means that you will need to get fingerprinting completed for the role. You will have to pay for the fingerprints, however, you will be reimbursed for the fingerprints after your first month of working. Although you may be offered the position right away, you would not be able to start in the role until the reliability clearance has cleared which could take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.
