Location : Various locations across Nova Scotia

The Education / Training Specialist designs and delivers educational programs and training sessions to support the organization s goals. This role involves creating learning materials evaluating program effectiveness and fostering skill development.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement educational programs and training materials.
Conduct training sessions workshops and presentations for staff volunteers or community members.
Assess training needs and tailor programs to meet specific goals.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make improvements.
Stay updated on best practices and trends in education and training.
Collaborate with program staff to integrate training into organizational activities.

Requirements
