Our Factory Optical - Moose Jaw - Thatcher Drive E location is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist.

This position is a full-time, fixed-term role working 30-40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, ending January 2027.

If you have a passion for style and helping customers find their perfect fit, as well as experience in retail customer service, we'd love to hear from you. Join our team at solis optics and help us in creating a remarkable customer experience and finding a frame for every face.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Warmly greeting customers as they enter our store
• Communicating with customers in person, by phone, and by email
• Billing the customer, their medical service provider and other third parties
• Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
• Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills
