Job descriptionMaintain and nurture existing accounts. Identify and build long term customer relationships to develop new contracts and volume sources to grow the business. Monitor customer accounts in order to keep them informed of any potential issues. Act as the liaison between customers, drivers, customer service, and operations in order to ensure expectations are being met and special instructions recognized. Maintain a close relationship with the Credit department in order to ensure that our accounts are current.
