Job description1 to 3 years of customer service experience. Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant preferred but not required. You have a passion for great customer service. You are an exceptional team player and can build great working relationships with a variety of teams. You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do. Must be able to work flexible shifts – days, evenings, and Saturdays.
What you’ll do :
You will provide our members and customers with a welcoming and friendly experience while assisting them with the products and services they need. Some of the main duties will include :
- Live our brand, “You’re at Home Here” by presenting a positive, collaborative, and professional image of the organization to all customers, visitors, suppliers, and team members.
- Exemplify our company values : People, Integrity, Excellence, and Responsibility.
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers in person and over the phone.
- Respond to customer inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Enter and manage customer profiles in the pharmacy database.
- Support the pharmacy team by completing technical aspects of the prescription filling process.
- Perform administrative duties including inventory management and insurance billing.
- Maintain and control the cash register.
- Ensure organization and cleanliness of workstations, inventory shelves, and storage areas.
- This is a part-time position with approximately 28 hours per week.
