Vous aimeriez travailler sur une chaîne de production dans un environnement agréable et stimulant avec des possibilités d’avancement? Vous aimeriez travailler de jour ET de soir ? Nous sommes actuellement en recrutement pour un poste d'opérateur de production sur des quarts rotatifs (jour / soir) à notre usine de production située à Papineauville.

Ce que tu gagnes à travailler chez nous :

Le salaire est de 19.16$ à 24.34$ / hre en débutant selon l’expérience

Prime de soir de 2$ / hre
Bonus de production mensuel
Bonus d'engagement annuel à votre date d’anniversaire d’embauche

L'horaire est de jour et soir en alternance aux semaines.

De jour : du lundi au vendredi de 6h-15h30

De soir : du lundi au jeudi de 15h45h-2h15

Voici les principales fonctions de ce poste :

Régler et ajuster les différents paramètres de l’équipement de production avant le début du quart de travail.

Réaliser les tests en cour de production et faire les ajustements adéquats.

S’assurer de la qualité du produit.

Enregistrer et transmettre au chef d’équipe en fin de quart les contrôles et évènements particuliers du quart sur le rapport quotidien.

Intervenir pour lever les blocages au besoin.

Respecter et appliquer le programme d'entretien préventif.

Nettoyer l’équipement en fin de quart et s’assurer de garder son environnement de travail propre.

Accompagner l’électromécanicien dans ses interventions (ajustements, réparations, modification) et l’aider si nécessaire

Être en bonne condition physique, dynamique responsable et ponctuel

Avoir l'esprit d'équipe

Logique mécanique est un atout
