Adecco is actively seeking a reliable, self-motivated Maintenance / Renovations Worker to join our client's dynamic team in Saint John, NB. This full-time role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, including performing general maintenance tasks and renovations on both residential and commercial properties. If you have a strong background in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks, we want to hear from you!
Pay Rate : TBD based on experience
Location : Saint John, NB
Job type : Permanent | Full-time Responsibilities :
Perform a variety of renovation tasks, including flooring, painting, drywall, and minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
Maintain tools and equipment in top working condition.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests quickly and efficiently.
Conduct general maintenance on both residential and commercial properties.
Manage work orders and follow through to completion.
Ensure work is done in accordance with safety protocols and industry standards.
Communicate clearly with tenants and team members to ensure prompt service.
Install doors, windows, and complete miscellaneous repairs as needed.
Be willing to work outside the Saint John area when required. Requirements :
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge and experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance.
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and basic tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to delivering quality work.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented, ensuring high standards of work.
Flexibility to work outside of standard hours and in locations outside Saint John.
