We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Subrogation Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Thornhill, Ontario. In this role, you will play an essential part in managing subrogation claims, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring accurate documentation and payments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team in the service industry.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and process subrogation claims, ensuring all related legal documentation is accurate and complete.
• Organize and upload documents into internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.
• Maintain clear and effective communication through written and verbal correspondence with stakeholders.
• Monitor the progress of subrogation claims and follow up on resolutions or payments as needed.
• Process invoices and track financial transactions related to subrogation recoveries.
• Provide administrative support to subrogation adjusters and examiners, assisting with data entry and record maintenance.
• Assist in managing case files and coordinating daily team operations.
• Ensure financial recordkeeping is accurate and well-documented for reporting purposes.
• Communicate effectively with third parties, insurers, and internal team members to resolve issues and move claims forward.
• Strong command of English (verbal and written) communication.
• Insurance experience is an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience handling phone calls, emails, and document management in an administrative or insurance-related setting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with insurance, legal, or claims environments is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with occasional in-person office visits if required.
