Job Description

As a Billing Clerk , you will manage billing processes and ensure accuracy in invoicing, payment tracking, and financial records. This role is crucial to maintaining our operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and distribute customer invoices promptly and accurately.
Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve customer inquiries about billing.
Track payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
Maintain detailed financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues.
Generate billing reports for management.

Qualifications

Previous experience in billing, accounting, or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, FreshBooks) or willingness to learn.

Excellent communication skills for resolving customer concerns.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
