Your mission should you accept it :

Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Advisor acts as a generalist, providing support to their client group in various areas of human resources management. With a true passion for workforce management, planning, developing training activities, welcoming new employees, and, above all, teamwork, this individual will respond to ad hoc employee requests while participating in strategic initiatives to attract and retain talent.

This role is based out of the Chemin Olivier office in Lévis, using a hybrid remote work model.

Do you have what it takes? Positive energy and...

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or Administration with a focus on Human Resources, or equivalent experience;
• Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR generalist position;
• Availability to travel occasionally (site visits and business trips);
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, to communicate with your colleagues and support field teams in Canada and the United States;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Communication skills, interpersonal skills, rigor, diplomacy, creativity, and judgment;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• A sense of discretion and confidentiality.
