🔍 À propos du poste
Nous recherchons un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) en santé et sécurité du travail pour assurer la prévention, l’accompagnement terrain et le suivi SST sur un chantier de construction dans le domaine du génie civil.
Il s’agit d’un mandat contractuel de 5 mois, idéal pour un(e) spécialiste qui souhaite contribuer activement à un projet majeur dans la région de Québec.
🎯 Responsabilités principales
- Assurer la présence SST quotidienne sur le chantier
- Effectuer les inspections, audits, tournées préventives et suivis correctifs
- Mettre en œuvre les exigences de la CNESST et du programme de prévention
- Participer aux réunions de chantier et conseiller les équipes sur les bonnes pratiques
- Accompagner les travailleurs dans l’application des procédures sécuritaires
- Gérer les rapports d’accidents/incident et recommander des mesures préventives
- Collaborer avec la direction de chantier et les sous-traitants
🧰 Exigences essentielles
- Accréditation Collège Ahuntsic (CNESST) – OBLIGATOIRE
- Expérience en SST dans le domaine du génie civil / chantier construction
- Excellente compréhension de la prévention terrain, normes CNESST et EPI
- Habileté à intervenir de façon ferme, professionnelle et collaborative
- Capacité à travailler en autonomie sur un chantier actif
🎁 Conditions
- Mandat temporaire : 12 mai au 31 octobre
- Taux horaire : à partir de 55 $/h, selon expérience
- Horaire de jour, présence terrain
- Projet dans la région de Québec
