Job descriptionThis position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with availability Monday through Friday between 8 : 00 AM and 5 : 00 PM EST. Base pay + commission : Earn $60K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance¹ Paid training : Get fully certified before you start² Flexible remote work : Create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM EST³ This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8 : 00 AM and 5 : 00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.¹
A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required. Please note that general retail roles (e.g., working at big box retailers, or similar) that do not include commission-based selling or performance targets are not considered qualifying sales experience for this position.
Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset.
Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
Work-related Skills :
- Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment
