Job description

Our client in the West Island is currently looking for an administrative agent for their urbanism department for a 6 months to 1 year contract. The incumbent performs various tasks related to reception and customer service for engineering

engineering, urban planning and permits / inspections.

The incumbent is also responsible for providing information by telephone, mail or counter and issue certain permits.

Advantages

Responsibilities

1. Greets customers and / or receives requests and complaints by telephone, mail or at the counter.

    Qualifications

    DEC in architecture or urban planning

    2 to 3 years' experience in a similar position

    Spoken and written French and English

    Knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

    Good administrative and customer service experience.
