Job descriptionEquipment Maintenance & Repair Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural equipment sold by the dealership. Recondition and repair machine systems and components to manufacturer specifications. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery and electronic systems. Install and configure new equipment based on specifications and customer needs. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of technical and product knowledge. Field Service & Customer Support Respond promptly to service calls and provide on-site support at customer locations. Identify and implement solutions for customer service opportunities in the dealership's service area. Train customers on proper equipment use and maintenance. Maintain an organized inventory of tools and parts for service calls. Conduct oneself professionally to uphold a positive dealership image. Safety & Compliance Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments. Prepare and submit all necessary reports and forms related to work assignments. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction. Journeyperson Certificate - Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) or Agricultural Equipment Technician (AET). Strong mechanical skills with hands-on repair experience. Own set of tools. Strong computer skills for diagnostics and reporting. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license with a clean abstract (required for travel). Graduation from a diesel or agricultural technology program (preferred). Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Extended health care Work vehicle provided Uniforms supplied On-site parking Paid vacation
