For you to be successful in the role you are:

  • Like the challenge of problem solving and figuring things out
  • Are proud of the high-quality work you do with little to no errors.
  • Thrive on exceeding expectations. Because you like going above and beyond, you know working extended hours and some weekends is part of the job.
  • Enjoy working independently alongside others in a team environment.
  • Like technology and are excited about how it can improve productivity and create efficiencies.
  • Enjoy sharing your knowledge with the patience to mentor apprentices.
  • Ability to perform complex repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment.
  • Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural and turf equipment.
  • Most importantly, you understand agriculture and the challenges facing growers.

Why Join Nelson Motors and Equipment?
