Detail-oriented, multitasking ability, and a strong work ethic required – both individually and as part of a team. Courteous, friendly, positive attitude. Must enjoy the outdoor restaurant setting, incredible views, fresh air, warm weather, and the occasional breeze. Ability to lift 40lbs and stand for extended periods. Commitment to maintaining a healthy and safe environment for team members and guests. Work in a picturesque setting with some of the most stunning views in the Okanagan. STATUS : Seasonal Hourly Contract (Apr – Oct)
COMPENSATION : $18 -$20 / hr + gratuities

Opportunity :
As a Restaurant Server at Nk’Mip Cellars, you play a pivotal role in creating memorable guest experiences. From warmly welcoming visitors to facilitating educational and enjoyable dining experiences, you contribute to a positive atmosphere and drive wine sales.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Warmly greet and make guests feel welcome throughout their visit.
- Embrace a service approach that is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and prompt, encouraging individual personalities.
- Assist in achieving sales targets
- Perform daily opening, closing, and cleaning duties to maintain a prepared team and a clean restaurant for positive guest experiences.
