Job descriptionContribute to the team by ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety in production areas. Provide valuable insights for continuous improvement in machine operation. Collaborate with colleagues to meet production goals while maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Grow your skills by engaging in on-the-job training and learning new techniques for machine operation and troubleshooting. Develop expertise in machine troubleshooting, lean manufacturing, and production processes. Expand your technical knowledge with opportunities for professional development and advancement. Follow established health and safety protocols to protect employees, machines, and products. Be vigilant in recognizing and reporting potential hazards. Prioritize safety in every task to help protect your coworkers and ensure the well-being of everyone in the facility. Previous experience in production, or similar roles is a must. Mechanical / Electromechanical background is a must. Ability to perform troubleshooting on production machines is a must. Previous experience in working with PLCs is an asset. A strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to a positive team environment. Proficiency in English to read and understand Work Instructions (WIs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety manuals. Averaging Schedule : 4 days / per week (10 hours / Shift). Shift rotation based on production demand. Tuesday to Friday. Opportunities for career advancement through on-the-job training and professional development programs. What You’ll Do
Primary Responsibilities :
- Work on production machines, setting up, operating, and troubleshooting equipment such as fillers, labeler machines, and PLCs.
- Maintain and clean production areas to ensure high standards of sanitation are met.
- Participate in lean projects focused on reducing waste and improving productivity.
- Follow safety and quality guidelines to ensure consistency in production output.
- Be an active member of the production by implementing the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) model to drive continuous improvement.
