Job descriptionMaintaining a professional attitude when dealing with internal and external contacts. Responding to client inquiries via email and phone in a timely and courteous manner. Order entry, confirming charges for invoicing, and receipt entry for 4PL partner warehouses. Collaborating and sharing responsibilities with co-workers to meet client needs and service level agreements. Assisting with customer mailings and other communications as required. Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A customer-centric attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills. Previous experience in a customer-facing role or within the logistics industry is an asset.
