Medewerker Frontdesk Service Support (32-40 uur)
Sta jij bekend als communicatief sterk, servicegericht en goed in schakelen? Kun jij meerdere ballen tegelijk in de lucht houden en houd je het hoofd koel als het druk is? Dan zoeken wij jou!
Als Medewerker Frontdesk voor de afdeling Service Support bij Toyota Material Handling Nederland in Ede ben jij de schakel tussen onze servicemonteurs en klanten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt en zorgt dat niets jou ontglipt. De servicedesk bestaat uit 4 collega’s. Een hecht team dat lekker samenwerkt met iemand die direct is, snel schakelt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en niet op zijn/ haar mondje is gevallen.
Wat ga je doen?
Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor servicemeldingen, klachten en vragen. Je zorgt dat alles snel, duidelijk en efficiënt wordt opgepakt en teruggekoppeld. Dat doe je via e-mail, online systemen én telefonisch.
Jouw taken in het kort:
- Aannemen en afhandelen van servicemeldingen en klachten
- Schakelen met leveranciers of andere partijen waar nodig
- Actueel houden van klantinformatie en terugkoppeling aan klantverantwoordelijken
- Rapportages bijhouden over openstaande werkzaamheden
- Meedoen aan overleg met collega’s en regioteamleiders

Wat bieden wij?
- Een salaris tussen € 3.300,- en € 3.700,- bruto per maand op fulltime basis, afhankelijk van ervaring en kennis.
- Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling.
