Job description

Calling all receptionists and administrative assistants in St Catharine's!

If you are a multitasker with previous front desk or receptionist experience, we want to hear from you!

Our client, a large global accounting firm, is looking for a highly organized and tech savvy Receptionist to join their team in St Catharine's, ON. This is a 2 month temporary assignment with a possibility of further extension.

Advantages

  • Monday to Friday 8 : 30am - 4 : 30pm, with the flexibility to work later during the during busy season
  • Salary ranging from $20-23 / hour depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Receptionist duties - first point of contact, answering phones, greeting walk-in clients
  • Receiving and securing client payments and documents
  • Managing boardroom bookings and catering requirements including set-up, and clean-up for meetings and office events
  • Managing mail and courier requirements for delivery and pickup, including signing for couriers, completing the waybills and other necessary documentation
  • Qualifications

  • Previous reception / administrative experience required
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and MS Teams
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Must be able to provide clear background check
