For this position in as Parts-Inventory worker you must have 3+ years of experience in a relevant position.

Location in the Aurora area, must live close by or have reliable transportation

Job Title : Inventory Warehouse Associate

Pay : $25 / hr - $28 / hr depending on experience and qualifications

Hours :

Monday - Thursday : 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm

Friday : 7 : 30 am - 1 : 30 pm

Full-time permanent position

Responsibilities

What you will need to do as an Inventory worker

Pull parts for each boiler including pressure parts with proper documentation of heat and purchase order numbers

Pull BOM’s for jobs and internal WO’s, provide parts to shop floor

Pull all required parts for service WO’s for technicians, complete inventory book outs

Continual processing of back order from Bills of Materials

Ensure proper labelling of job box / parts and inventory item

Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize inventory flow and storage.

5S Part storage bins / items (Including labelling)

Conduct regular physical inventory counts and report discrepancy

Track and report on inventory metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Assist in the receiving and inspection of incoming shipments

Organize and maintain the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency

Collaborate with other departments to support order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of products

Refresh and maintain inventory supplies

Qualifications

MUSTS requirements for the position, only candidates with the following qualifications can be considered

Able to lift 50 lbs and have mechanical background

Willingness to grow and become a leader in the future within the company

Previous experience working in manufacturing and distribution environments

Experience with any SAP computer system for inventory management / control

Available to work full time and looking for a long term opportunity

3 years of relevant experience in Inventory Control / Coordination
