We’re looking for a Sales Representative who’s more than just a salesperson. We want someone who listens, understands, and builds real relationships. What You’ll Do

• Greet customers like you’ve known them for years, whether in person, over the phone, or online.
• Take time to understand what they need, what they want, and what works for their budget.
• Share our lineup of Mazda vehicles in a way that’s honest, informative, and down-to-earth.
• Go along for test drives, walk through features, and make sure your customers feel confident in their decision.
• Follow up with a smile, stay connected, and ensure they’re looked after even after the keys are handed over.
• Pitch in around the dealership as needed – we’re all in this together.

What We’re Looking For

What You’ll Earn

Commission-based income with the potential to earn $100,000+ annually

For up to the first year, to support your growth, there is a guaranteed minimum weekly income of $653.85 (unless commissions exceed that amount)
