Job descriptionA minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment. Proficient in answering inbound calls, handling customer queries and resolving issues swiftly. Strong experience in call center customer service, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to manage multiple lines. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Proficient in data entry tasks, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. Skilled in managing email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls, keeping customer satisfaction as the highest priority. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and documentation. Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing customer orders. Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars and coordinate meetings effectively.

- Document and collect customer feedback to contribute to the enhancement of our products, services, and overall customer experience.
- Ensure all customer queries are followed up and resolved promptly, upholding high standards of service.
