Paystone Business Development Representative - Payment Services – Ottawa

Puulse Marketing is looking for motivated, results-driven B2B Business Development Reps to join our dynamic team.

As a B2B Business Development Reps, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing deals.

Responsibilities :

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through market research, professional networking, and client referrals.
Present payment solutions to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with existing and new clients.

Requirements :

Must possess a demonstrable hunter mentality to build win-win relationships.

Prior experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the payment services industry, or previous experience in selling services and products to small businesses.

Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Must be extremely comfortable and adept in selling and handling complex sales involving multiple influencers.

Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in using a CRM software and sales tools.

An ambitious growth mindset that is always looking for new ways to improve and develop.

Must have a valid Ontario drivers license.
