As a Customer Service Agent for our call centres, you’ll support our clients with their financing needs including personal loans, lines of credit and mortgages. You’ll have a positive impact on clients with your listening and advisory skills.
Your job
- Take calls from clients
- Answer questions related to financing products (personal loans, student loans, lines of credit, mortgage loans)
- Listen to clients’ needs and offer personalized solutions
- Help clients use our banking applications
- Refer clients with specialized needs to the correct sector
Our Client Contact centre is open Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 a.m. to 9 : 00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Your work schedule is variable, and you’ll be informed of your schedule three weeks in advance.

Learning and development
