Duffy Treatment Services is looking for a friendly organized and professional Receptionist with bookkeeping skills to join our growing team in Moncton.

Were a trusted local business providing high-quality environmentally friendly water treatment solutions and were looking for someone who will be the welcoming voice and face of our company.

What Youll Do

Greet clients and answer phones in both French and English

Schedule appointments and manage calendars

Handle basic bookkeeping (invoicing data entry payment processing)

Support the sales team and assist with customer inquiries (bonus eligible)

Keep office operations running smoothly with administrative support

What Were Looking For

Fluency in French and English Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic bookkeeping or accounting software knowledge

Organized punctual and able to multitask in a busy environment

Prior receptionist or administrative experience is an asset

Important
