Are you fluency level BILINGUAL in FRENCH and ENGLISH ?Are you a Real Estate Law Clerk or Mortgage Specialist with expertise in titles and residential lending? We’re seeking motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Title Officers in a hybrid work setting. Position : French Bilingual Title Officer – Title and Lending Solutions

Type : Permanent Role

Potential to take overtime with approval

Schedule : First 3 months 5 days ONSITE for training, later Hybrid (3 days in Moncton office, 2 days work from home)

Location : Moncton Office ( Main Street and Canada street

Field : Real Estate and Mortgage Services

Salary : 48000- 50,000 Annual + %5 Annual Bonus Incentive

Required Experience : Real Estate Law Clerk or Mortgage Specialist with expertise in titles and residential lending

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via email, phone, and an online portal, responding to inquiries within specified timeframes.
  • Read and make necessary amendments to internal records and client files.
  • Conduct title searches and review title discrepancies with lender representatives.
  • Issue Commitments to Insure (CTI) within corporate policies and service level agreements.
  • Prepare necessary documentation, including mortgage and title change documents, ensuring compliance with lender requirements.
  • Request and review payout statements from financial institutions, calculating penalties, per diems, and final payout amounts.
  • Manage escalated calls and build partnerships with credit unions and other external stakeholders.
  • Work on files from start to finish, including ordering statements and resolving rejected documents.
  • Stay updated on corporate policies, lender processes, and underwriting guidelines.
  • Qualifications

  • Diploma in Law Clerk / Legal Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in real estate transactions, including title searches and file management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Proven multitasking skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with banking or mortgage processes, including calculating payout statements and working with lenders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn new systems (e.g., Teraview).
  • Business maturity and confidence to manage high volumes of emails and calls.
