Job description

Adecco is hiring motivated and reliable Picker/Packers to join our client's warehouse team in Oromocto, NB. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Flexible shifts are available, including evenings and weekends, making this role perfect for individuals seeking temporary warehouse work in Oromocto or nearby areas.

  • Pay rate: $ 19.30/hour
  • Location: Oromocto, NB
  • Shifts: Sunday-Friday 3:00PM-11:30PM Saturday and one other day off to be determined (MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SUNDAYS)
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using pick lists or RF scanners
  • Pack products securely and prepare orders for shipping
  • Sort, label, and organize inventory as required
  • Load and unload products while following safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity targets
  • Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment is considered an asset
  • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and twisting
  • Ability to lift and carry 25-50 lbs regularly
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions
  • Strong awareness of surroundings and ability to work safely around people, equipment, and moving vehicles
  • Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
