Experience in setting up a CNC Lathe and CNC Mill is an asset but not a requirement. Ability to read drawings. Proficiency in the use of measuring instruments. Strong sense of teamwork within groups and across organization. Must be flexible with working overtime. Previous exposure to a lean environment is an asset.
