Matrix is currently seeking local Ground Crew for Fuel / Cargo and Aircraft loading in Resolute, NU . This is for a temporary requirement that will run for 3-4 weeks (subject to change) starting on 18 March, 2025.

Primary consideration will be given to local applicants of Resolute.

The requirements for this position are stated below :

Primary Responsibilities

• Preparation of worksite.
• Aircraft Refueling
• Load and Unload aircraft.
• Loading and Unloading of passengers
• Keep walkways and work areas clear.
• Wear required Personal Protection Equipment as required.
• Ensure PPE is maintained as per care and cleaning instructions.
• Participate in daily Toolbox meetings.
• Support monthly worksite inspections.
• Perform tasks as per safe work practices and safe job procedures.
• Actively participate as a high performing, team member.
• Report unsafe conditions and equipment to General Manager.
• Report all incidents and accidents immediately.
• Ensure good housekeeping in the work area at all times.
