Job descriptionThe rate of pay will be $25-$30 / hr. based on experience Monday-Friday – weekends as needed Repair or maintain trailer structures, frames, axles, and landing gear assemblies Work with team leads to diagnose and repair RV gas / water heaters, appliances, and refrigeration systems Maintain a clean and organized workspace while delivering excellent customer service Perform electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work as needed Weld and fabricate aluminum and steel trailer accessories Handle brakes, bearings, tires, axles, hubs, and exterior reskinning Experience in maintenance (mechanics, heavy duty equipment, automotive, etc.) Must be willing to gain Journeyman RV Technician certification (training and education program will be provided) Positive attitude and willingness to work with others Must have your own toolbox and basic tools Must have a reliable vehicle Preference will be given to candidates who can pass a criminal record check Certification / Pre-employment certification in the trades
