This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week) - evening shift Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks : Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure efficiency and quality. Ensure production deadlines and quality standards are met. Manage and motivate a production team to achieve set objectives. Identify and resolve production issues by proposing continuous improvement solutions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Participate in production scheduling and resource management. Train and support team members to develop their skills. Prepare reports on production performance.Your Professional Skills Leadership and team management skills. Results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities. Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Your Personality We are looking for someone who is a natural teacher and enjoys mentoring and developing their team. You should have strong stress management skills, remaining calm and effective in high-pressure situations. You thrive in dynamic and ever-changing environments, where you can contribute to ongoing improvements. Your Profile 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment. Degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. Knowledge of Lean management principles is an asset. Good command of French; English is an asset.
