Childcare Apprenticeship – Level 3 – The Nest @ Little Pips Nursery

Aspire Training Team are currently looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable individual to support The Nest @ Little Pips Nursery in providing quality childcare and to complete their Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship.

The Nest @ Little Pips Nursery is part of Curry Rivel Primary School and our aim is to provide an excellent environment for your child; nurturing care, creative experiences and lots of fun. We are fortunate enough to have a spacious building with well-equipped indoor and outdoor areas. The extensive grounds of the school give us great opportunities to explore outdoors, particularly in the forest school area

Your duties as an apprentice will include :

  • Working as part of a team to provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment that promotes learning through play. The candidate will have relevant experience of working with young children..

Hours;

  • The Nest @ Little Pips Nursery is open from 07.30am – 17 : 30pm, Monday to Thursday and 07.30 – 17.00 on Friday
  • The successful candidate will be required to work flexible hours between 25 to 37.5 hours per week
  • Requirements;

  • You ideally will have GCSE Grades A
  • C / 4-9 in English Language and maths, or equivalent
  • A Level 2 Early Years qualification
  • Experience of working with children aged 2-4 years old
  • A calm, positive, consistent and patient approach to supporting all children
  • Experience of working as part of a team
  • The ability to adapt to change
