Our client is seeking a Bilingual Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be an organized, adaptable, and service-oriented individual ready to handle a variety of responsibilities and grow within the role.
Reliability clearance is mandatory for this role !!!

Responsibilities
Daily Operations
Floor Patrol & Maintenance :
Ensure coffee machines are operational and stocked (pods and water).
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of boardrooms, ensuring adequate seating.
Replenish supplies in business centers and photocopiers.
Mail Handling : Check for incoming / outgoing mail and assist with administrative requests via the ticket system (Track-It).
General Support : Set up boardrooms in various layouts as requested.
Move furniture and perform minor repairs on office equipment and appliances.
Scan and organize mail and invoices.
Advanced Duties
Access Card Management : Issue and update access cards for personnel and maintain related profiles.
Security Sweeps : Conduct patrols, including checks on server rooms.
Security File Transfers : Coordinate security file transfers and confirmation requests between departments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Emergency Response : Participate as a First Aid Attendant or Fire Warden.
Specialized Responsibilities
Security in Contracting : Review and analyze security requirements for contracts and projects.
Clearance Management : Process and maintain security clearances.
Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) : Conduct workplace inspections and assist in formulating accident reports.
Qualifications
Full Bilingualism in both English and French is mandatory.
Familiarity with Government admin work and processes is an asset
High school diploma minimum
First Aid Certification is an asset
Ability to move furniture, manage minor office repairs, and handle office equipment.
Must meet or be eligible for Reliability Status Security Clearance.
