Synergie est à la recherche de gérant de magasin expérimenté dans le commerce de détails.

TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS :

Le gérant de magasin est responsable de la gestion ainsi que la supervision de son magasin, ce qui inclut :

Gestion des ressources humaines (recrutement, formation, gestion des horaires, etc;
Gestion des activités de marchandisage;
Veillez à la qualité du service à la clientèle;
Gestion des inventaires;
Superviser le choix des produits en étalage et veiller au maintien de l’ordre dans les rayons;
Autres tâches connexes;

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES :

3 ans d’expérience dans le commerce de détails et / ou un an d’expérience en gestion de personnel;

Disponible sur les heures d’ouverture du magasin (Tous les jours, sur les heures d’ouverture à la fermeture du magasin);

Avoir un très bon leadership et une bonne gestion des priorités;

Forte capacité d’adaptation au changement et bonne gestion du stress;
