Job description

What you’ll do:

Provide an exceptional level of customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards. Key responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • Operating point of sale, completing customer purchases and packaging
  • Receive, store, and manage product from vendors including hardware, feed, animal health products, and oil and lube and food products.
  • Maintain shelf and display stock and organize all goods intended for sale
  • General housekeeping and maintenance duties (spills, display fixtures, washrooms, to ensure all areas of responsibility are safe, organized, clean, and tidy.
  • You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
  • Enjoys organizing and have a keen attention to detail
  • Enjoys multi-tasking and variety in your responsibilities
  • Knowledge of hardware, feed and farm would be an asset
  • Willingness to participate in forklift training and operation.
  • Thrive in a small team driven environment
  • Able to lift 50lbs or greater
  • Applicants must be available days, evenings and weekends – on rotation. Can work 20-24 hours per week.
