Qualifications

• Experienced Lube Tech or Block 1-2 mechanic open to further training.
• Valid class 5 driver’s license with air brakes and clean drivers abstract; class 3 license preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Heavy Equipment and mechanical aptitude.
• Dedicated to safety.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Technologically inclined (Computer, Smartphones, Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Can work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to work with shifting priorities and multiple tasks.
• Customer focused and able to work with others at all levels of management.
• Self-starter mindset, able to work independently.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, nights, and overtime as required.
